As a fluent Spanish speaker who has suffered through the horrors of introductory Spanish, I have decided that the Spanish you have been taught at school is…well…rubbish. Learning about beach vacations and the environment will obviously get you further in your conversations with your Hispanic friend. Because nobody wants to know what is going on in a Telenovela or the necessary vocabulary you need to watch an exciting game of fútbol or even how to pick up a few chic@s. So in this blog I shall post the Spanish you will need. Remember, submissions are welcome as well!

  • Question: Not only do I love your blog ( heh found it ) but I also am secretly infatuated with you. K. here we go I got this idea from a spam msg I received on Facebook lol.. - Anonymous
